Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch.
“Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by location and begin after dispatch. Estimated transit times are:
- United States: 15–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 17–25 business days
- Australia: 15–24 business days
- Canada: 14–20 business days
- Worldwide: 20–30 business days
Please note that during busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International orders may also be delayed by customs processing.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you need to correct shipping details, contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed after this period.
Delayed Delivery
At FIONZO, we aim for timely delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or transit issues.
In rare cases, delays may also occur during processing due to item availability, address verification, or payment issues. If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and keep you informed.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, our team is always available to support you with updates and assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is beyond our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will also follow up on your behalf and assist where possible. Replacement options may be offered depending on the situation.
